Franchise Partner Potential Performance

Franchise partner potential performance has been based on Promedica24 expectations and actual experience in the UK and German markets. Full details are given in the Promedica24  Franchise Information Memorandum and are available following our initial meeting.

It is not and should not be read as a guarantee or warranty that you will achieve the same results. As with all franchise opportunities, you must take independent legal and financial advice.

What Marketing and Sales Support do I get?

Your initial Franchise package includes a range of literature, marketing tools and promotional materials to communicate your offering. Add to this online presence and access to professional guidance and information through our own web portal, you will have everything you need to support growth.

Please use the form to request for more in-depth literature regarding Promedica Plus and our business opportunities, or request a call back to discuss all financial & performance related enquiries.

When was Promedica Plus established initially in the UK?

We launched the Franchise opportunity in March 2015, following an initial year of experience in the UK care sector, so we are quite new in the UK, although our experience in ethical franchising spans many years!

Do I have exclusive territory rights?

Yes and it is protected, as long as obligations under the Franchise Agreement are met.

Must I operate my business from the premises?

Yes, but not from the outset, only when employing new staff members and it must be approved by the Franchisor.

How is my business performance measured?

You will have regular business reviews with your support manager and this will help provide guidance and advice on how your business’ performance can look to grow.

What is unique about the services Promedica24 offer, in comparison to other live-in care providers?

PM24 offer a real cost effective alternative, not just to other home care providers, but to the thought of a loved one having to go into a residential care home. Today there are over 400,000 people in residential care, many of whom, we know, would have preferred to stay at home with a live in care worker, providing one to one, care and support.

How long is the Franchise Agreement for?

Five years with the option to renew for a further five at each conclusion, subject to certain criteria.

What training and support am I provided with?

Part of the Franchise Package includes comprehensive initial training, with the opportunity to develop your skills regularly on an ongoing basis. You will have a dedicated support team with a wealth of experience and talent in this sector, not just at the outset, but throughout the life of your Franchise.

Can I speak to your Franchise Partners before I decide?

Of course, we at Promedica are proud of having an open approach to everything we do; you will have the opportunity to speak to any of our Franchise Partners, privately.

I have no experience in the industry, what qualifies me to become a Promedica Plus Franchise Partner?

Experience always helps, but is not crucial. The training and ongoing support will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to provide the service. You do need to have a real desire to grow a successful business and the ability to communicate well, offering sound advice to people in need of help and support.

What makes this franchise opportunity different to other care providers?

Most, if not all, Care Franchises involve the recruitment, the training and management of a team of care workers, add to this registration with the CQC and it can be an expensive business that is very difficult to manage without experience. Promedica Plus focuses on one element of the care sector; the Live-in care only. And the responsibility for the service delivery does not sit with the Franchise Partner, but with Promedica24.

How much does it cost and what can I earn?

The Franchise fee is £15,000.00 plus VAT and will require an additional £5,000.00-£10,000.00 of working capital to help fund your new business growth. The potential returns are impressive and we will take you through them in detail when you meet with us, without obligation.
